You guys are incredible! When we onboarded with Contigo a little over 1.5 years ago I had no idea what an incredible company, and team, we were partnering with. It doesn’t matter which member of the team I’m working with; everyone is amazing. There hasn’t been one issue I’ve thrown at you guys that y’all can’t resolve. You guys are professional yet can crack a joke when appropriate. Thank you for everything!!! Five stars all day long!!!
I love how personable and friendly my tech was to me!! Harrison’s personality was felt through the chat and that is not common and it was very well received!! Our organization went through a major migration and it was a bit frustrating but Harrison resolved my issues so effortlessly!! Thank you again Harrison!
Ensures the detail of the work is understood and follows-through in a timely, effective, and complete manner. Has refreshing proper manners. Other’s would benefit to follow his example. Has excellent customer interaction & patience; the result being no stone un-turned during problem resolution and first-time completion of customers’ needs.

I had to fix the issue myself. I am still putting things back the way they were and I got a Contigo Update for Windows the following morning. I did not consent to that.
It’s challenging to resolve an issue when you can’t remote in, and I appreciate Trenton’s help to resolve the issue!

I really appreciate that George understood that I’m fairly capable with IT stuff and allowed me to work independently. It felt like a partnership to try to solve a problem together.
George was very patient . We had some initial challenges to give him screen control. We came up with other ways to communicate and trouble shoot until we were able to get him screen sharing. He was kind and understanding. Way to go George . Thank you Contigo .
