George did what he could remotely, but he knew we needed someone here in person. Everytime Jason comes out, he’s friendly, knowledgeable and informative. And he likes my monitor set up and is scared of spiders- LOL

Trenton was amazing! He was very understanding of the importance of getting my scanning back. He did not stop contacting WolfePak until we got resolution. I appreciate his persistence in getting the issue resolved. Very polite young man.
I was having computer trouble and Aydan followed up with me several times to coordinate a time to resolve the issues. (I was not easy to pin down this week because several last-minute changes to my schedule.)
I would have selected resolution time also, but we both had conflicts for rejoining the chat after George found some options. Can I recommend changing decent to acceptable in the survey. It may just be me but “decent” has a bit of sarcastic tone that leans into negative.

My laptop crashed yesterday 5/4/2026. I was desperate for help and Karsten was able to stop what he was doing and help me resolve my issue. I was in dire need of a laptop clean up. He didnt give up and was able to resolve and rescue my laptop. i so appreciate him for his diligence and ability to navigate this issue.
