Contigo Emergency Communication Team

Having the best service means being prepared for emergencies. Contigo’s Emergency response team is comprised of Bryan Fuller – CEO, Marc Lucio – Director of Finance, Andrew Williams – Director of service delivery, and JD Thompson – Compliance manager. Managers of each department in Contigo have gathered to ensure that during these freezing times our client’s IT infrastructure does not falter. We believe the importance lies within keeping our clients operating.

For Contigo to keep things in order, we have assigned roles and responsibilities to each of the department heads; some of the factors we consider during these times are:

  • Shipping and Receiving of Hardware
  • Network Stability and Power Outages
  • Frontline communication with Point of Contacts(POCs)
  • Emergency Alert Notifications and Banners
