Email encryption is an option for all of our clients that use our Barracuda email spam filter. Anytime you share sensitive data with a recipient outside your company, be sure to click the Encrypt button in Outlook for secure transmission.
Encrypting your sensitive information is easy and quick:
- In the top left corner, select the ‘Encrypt Message’ add-in under the Message ribbon.
- On the right sidebar, under “Actions”, turn on encryption.
