Each quarter Contigo’s Customer Success Managers (CSM) perform a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for our clients. A QBR is performed to ensure our clients and receiving the best IT support service that fits their business needs.
Each QBR comes with a theme of relevance attached to improve the client’s support. Most recently our CSMs followed the theme of protecting your business from ransomware. When discussing ransomware, our CSMs pushed hard to inform our clients about the best practices to prevent ransomware. Ransomware can completely cripple a business. Even if the ransom is paid out, there is no guarantee that the cybercriminal will release your business’s data back to you. Additionally, this data can be copied and sold on the black market.
Why Themes?
When a new quarter arrives, we want our clients kept up to speed on the latest and newest for Cyber Security. One of the ways Contigo makes sure that happens is to have themes attached to every QBR. Themes are chosen based on two agendas. Protecting the client and keeping the clients informed.
